脊髓损伤患者感恩水平现状及影响因素的研究

Study on the current situation and influencing factors of gratitude level in patients with spinal cord injury

目的探讨脊髓损伤患者的感恩水平及其影响因素。方法2018年11月-2019年6月,采用自行设计的一般资料调查问卷、感恩量表、积极心理资本量表、社会支持量表,便利抽取3所三甲医院的385例脊髓损伤患者为研究对象进行问卷调查,并分析感恩水平的影响因素。结果本研究患者感恩得分为(28.03±4.74)分,46.5%患者感恩得分低于平均值,心理资本总分为(117.63±16.27)分,社会支持总分为(61.59±9.23)分。多因素分析结果显示,心理资本、社会支持、损伤程度、年龄、有无并发症及文化程度对患者感恩水平具有显著预测作用(P<0.05)。结论脊髓损伤患者感恩得分处于中等偏低水平,心理资本、社会支持、损伤程度、年龄、有无并发症及文化程度是脊髓损伤患者感恩水平的主要影响因素。

Objective To study the level of gratitude and its influencing factors of spinal cord injured patients.Method With self-designed general information questionnaire,gratitude scale,positive psychological capital scale,social support scale,We carried out our research on 385 spinal cord injured patients from 3 top three hospitals.Result In this research,the gratitude score of spinal cord injured patients was(28.03±4.74),and the gratitude score of 46.5%patients was lower than the average,the total score of psychological capital and social support was(117.63±16.27),(61.59±9.23).The results of multivariate analysis showed that psychological capital,social support,degree of injury,age,presence of complications and education had significant predictive effects on patients’gratitude level(P<0.05).Conclusion The gratitude score of spinal cord injured patients were at a moderately low level.Psychological capital,social support,degree of injury,age,complication and education were the main factors influencing the level of gratitude in patients with spinal cord injury.
