三维扫描技术在回转窑动态测量中的应用研究

摘要 回转窑轴线及相关数据的测量对于合理调整工艺操作规程及托轮摆放位置、避免托轮轴瓦发烧、改善筒体的受力状况、保护筒体等具有重要的实际意义。本文主要介绍通过三维激光扫描系统对大型回转窑进行轴线的测量,介绍了该方案的布置及测量结果的提取,根据结果分析,提出被测量回转窑存在偏差,托轮位移、托轮基础下沉等问题,并针对问题给出了调整方案。 Rotary kiln is one of the key equipment of cement production line.The measurement of rotary kiln axis and relevant data is of great practical significance for the reasonable adjustment of process operation rules and the location of supporting wheel,the avoidance of bearing bush fever of supporting wheel,the improvement of stress condition of cylinder and the protection of cylinder.This paper mainly introduces the measurement of the axis of the large-scale rotary kiln through the three-dimensional laser scanning system,so as to obtain the dynamic position and change of the axis of the cylinder during the operation of the rotary kiln,which provides the basis for adjusting the technological procedure of the rotary kiln and the position of the supporting roller,improving the stress condition of the cylinder and preventing the fever of the supporting roller bearing bush.
