摘要
我公司5000t/d生产线三次风管风阀开度为40%,窑内后过渡带结圈严重,窑内通风受到影响。在保证窑内通风的前提下,根据生产实际我们适当加大了三次风阀的开度,提高了分解炉内三次风量,使分解炉内煤粉充分进行辉焰燃烧,避免窑内煤粉圈的形成,提高了入窑分解率、喷煤管火焰形状及二次风温,提高熟料强度的同时增加产量。
The opening of the air valve of the third air pipe of our company’s 5000 t/d production line is 40%.The back transition zone in the kiln has seriously ring-forming,and the ventilation in the kiln is affected.On the premise of ensuring the ventilation in the kiln,properly increase the opening of the tertiary air valve according to the actual production,increase the tertiary air volume in the decomposing furnace,make the pulverized coal in the decomposing furnace fully carry out flame combustion,which is conducive to avoid the formation of the pulverized coal circle in the kiln,improve the decomposing rate into the kiln,the flame shape of the coal injection pipe and the secondary air temperature,increase the clinker strength and increase the output at the same time.
