摘要
某些旧水泥厂设计时未考虑短路电流余量,余热发电与水泥线总降压站系统并网运行后,最大短路电流会超过断路器的遮断容量,会对水泥厂原有电力系统造成损害。为了保证系统的安全运行需采取相应的限流措施保证电力设备安全,以伊拉克MASS集团25 MW余热发电改造项目为例,说明采用限流电抗器,采用快速限流装置和改变接线方式这三种不同限流方案的应用结果。
In the design of some old cement plants, the residual short-circuit current is not considered. After the waste heat power generation and the general step-down station system of the cement line are connected to the grid, the maximum short-circuit current will exceed the breaking capacity of the breaker, which will cause damage to the original power system of the cement plant. In order to ensure the safe operation of the system, corresponding current limiting measures should be taken to ensure the safety of power equipment.Taking the 25 MW waste heat power generation reconstruction project of mass group in Iraq as an example, the application results of three different current limiting schemes, i.e. adopting current limiting reactor, adopting fast current limiting device and changing wiring mode, are illustrated.
