凝结芽孢杆菌联合美沙拉嗪治疗非特异性回肠末端溃疡疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of Bacillus coagulans combined with mesalazine in the treatment of non-specific terminal ileum ulcer

目的观察凝结芽孢杆菌联合美沙拉嗪治疗非特异性回肠末端溃疡临床疗效。方法选取收治的回肠末端非特异性溃疡患者121例。观察组(62例)应用凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片联合美沙拉嗪片治疗,对照组(59例)应用凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片治疗,4周为1个疗程,持续治疗3个疗程。观察2组的临床疗效、内镜下治疗效果及临床症状总积分改善情况。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率(95.2%)高于对照组(81.4%),内镜下总有效率(93.5%)高于对照组(77.9%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后临床症状总积分均较治疗前下降,观察组下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论凝结芽孢杆菌联合美沙拉嗪治疗非特异性回肠末端溃疡效果明显,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Bacillus coagulans combined with mesalazine in the treatment of non-specific terminal ileum ulcer.Methods A total of 121 patients with non-specific terminal ileum ulcer were selected.The observation group(n=62)was treated with live Bacillus coagulans tablets combined with mesalazine tablets,while the control group(n=59)was treated with live Bacillus coagulans tablets for one course of treatment for 4 weeks and 3 courses of continuous treatment.The clinical efficacy,endoscopic treatment effect and improvement of total score of clinical symptoms in the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group(95.2%)was higher than that in the control group(81.4%),and the total effective rate under endoscopy(93.5%)was higher than that in the control group(77.9%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the total score of clinical symptoms in both groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and the decrease was more obvious in the observation group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of Bacillus coagulans and mesalazine is highly effective in the treatment of non-specific terminal ileum ulcer,and is worthy of clinical application.
