摘要
为了确保新能源并网的安全性和经济性,计及场站涉网性能的自适应风光资源与电网运行方式动态变化,研究了相对应的新能源并网柔性控制方法,提出控制指标及其量化评估方法。基于设计的控制指标制定了控制流程,根据电网安全稳定裕度的控制性能代价比对风电场进行分群,按照预测精度和调节性能指标对增减并网功率的风电场进行分类控制,进而提高新能源并网柔性控制的精确性。
In order to ensure the safety and economy of new energy grid connection,considering the stationgrid related performance of adaptive wind and solar resources and the dynamic change of the power grid operation mode,this paper studies the corresponding new energy grid connected flexible control method,putting forward control indicators and quantitative evaluation methods.It formulates a control process based on the designed controlindicators,and the wind farms are grouped according to the control performance cost ratio of the power grid’s safety and stability margin,and the wind farms increasing or decreasing grid connected power are under classified control in accordance with the prediction accuracy and adjustment performance indicators,so as to improve the flexible control’s accuracy of new energy grid connection.
