Planning Adjustment of Duoba New Town Based on the Policy of Removing Counties and Establishing Districts in Huangzhong County

基于湟中县撤县设区政策和西宁城镇建设规划的调整,相应调整多巴新城的目标网架定位,并结合实际地理形态、电网现状和用电需求等诸多要素,运用自然增长法预测区域负荷发展,开展多巴新城的网格化调整规划的相应工作。网格化规划是进一步细化分层分级规划的基础和前提,此次调整内容对新城区域今后的详规编制起到指导与支撑作用。

Based on Huangzhong County’s policy of removing counties and setting up districts and the adjustment of Xining’s urban construction plan,the target grid positioning of Duoba new town should be adjusted accordingly,combined with the actual geographic shape,current grid status and power demand and many other factors,the natural growth method is used to predict the area load development,and carry out the corresponding work of the grid adjustment plan of Duaba new town.Grid planning is the basis and prerequisite for further detailed hierarchical and hierarchical planning.The content of this adjustment will guide and support the future detailed planning of the new town area.
