西宁地区10 kV配电网合环操作分析

Analysis of Loop Closure Operation of 10 kV Distribution Network in Xining Area

为减少西宁地区配网线路负荷转供对用户的停电,满足用户对连续、安全用电的需求,国网西宁供电公司改变传统“先停后供”的负荷转移方式,采用合环方式进行10 kV配网线路负荷转供工作。为确保合环操作顺利进行,制定了详细的合环操作方案,严格把控合环操作的各个环节,并在配电自动化D5000系统中加入合环校验环节。通过合环操作减少了对外停电时间,提高了对用户供电可靠性,也为今后在青海省各地市供电公司推广应用积累了宝贵的实验数据。

In order to reduce the power outage time for users in the load transfer of Xining distribution network,and meet the users'demand for continuous and safe power consumption,the State Grid Xining Power Supply Company changed the traditional"stop before supply"load transfer method and adopted a closed loop method 10kV distribution network line load transfer work.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the loop closure operation,a detailed loop closure operation plan was formulated to strictly control each link of the loop closure operation,and the loop closure verification link was added to the distribution automation D5000 system.The closed loop operation reduced the time of external power outages,improved the reliability of power supply to users,and accumulated valuable experimental data for the later promotion and application of power supply companies in various cities in Qinghai Province.
