Development and Application of 330 kV Linear Whole String Insulator Bench Card for Replacement During Electrification

随着330 kV输电线路运行年限的增加、新线路的投运、及状态检修的开展,绝缘子更换工作越来越多,需要大力开展带电更换绝缘子。因此研究设计出带电更换330 kV直线整串绝缘子板凳卡具,解决不停电情况下,缺陷绝缘子的更换,确保线路长期安全稳定运行,减少因线路停电造成的经济损失。

With the increase in the operating life of 330 kV transmission lines,the commissioning of new lines,and the development of state of the art maintenance,more and more insulator replacement work requires vigorous efforts to replace live insulators.Therefore,the research and design of the bench fixture for the live replacement of the 330 kV linear insulator string is solved to solve the replacement of defective insulators under the condition of no power failure,to ensure the long term safe and stable operation of the line,and to reduce the economic loss caused by the line power failure.
