航空发动机整机振动故障及其处理技术

摘要 航空发动机是高速旋转的机械装置,其通常在高温、高压的恶劣条件下工作,整机振动故障频率高,发动机维修成本大,采取有效控制手段来减少发动机振动故障成为当前发动机研究工作的重点。频谱分析是发动机故障诊断中使用广泛的信号处理方法,可对振动信号进行频谱分析,小波包和谐波小波具有很好的细化分辨能力和很高的频率分辨率能力。运用小波包和谐波小波对振动信号进行频谱分析,综合对比分析表明,谐波小波变换具有任意划分数据段的能力,小波包具有运算速度快的优点。 An aero engine is a mechanical device that rotates at high speed,and it usually works under severe conditions of high temperature and high pressure,the vibration frequency of the whole machine is high,and the engine maintenance cost is large,taking effective control measures to reduce engine vibration failure has become the focus of current engine research work.Spectrum analysis is a widely used signal processing method in engine fault diagnosis,which can perform spectrum analysis on vibration signals,wavelet packets and harmonic wavelets have a very fine resolution and high frequency resolution.Wavelet packet and harmonic wavelet is used to analyze the frequency spectrum of the vibration signal,comprehensive comparative analysis shows that the harmonic wavelet transform has the ability to arbitrarily divide the data segment,and the wavelet packet has the advantage of fast operation speed.
