河南省区域协调发展实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Regional Coordinated Development of Henan Province

为准确衡量河南省各城市在经济社会各方面的协调发展水平,本文通过构建囊括6个一级指标和24个二级指标的区域协调发展指标体系,采用均方差法和线性加权法对河南省18个地市的区域协调水平进行测度和评价。结果发现,协调发展水平呈现城市集聚现象,中原城市群各地市的协调度明显高于河南省其他区域;郑州市发展水平及协调度遥遥领先于省内其他地市;平顶山、漯河等地在某一方面的发展严重落后于其他方面的发展,导致协调度在全省排名中较落后于综合发展水平排名;漯河、南阳、濮阳、驻马店、信阳等地综合发展处于低水平,使得协调度在全省排名比较靠前。

In order to accurately measure the coordinated development level of various cities in Henan Province in economic and social aspects,this paper built a regional coordinated development indicator system that includes 6 first-level indicators and 24 second-level indicators,and used the mean square error method and linear weighting method to measure and evaluate the regional coordination level of 18 cities in Henan Province.It was found that the level of coordinated development presented a phenomenon of urban agglomeration,and the degree of coordination among cities in the Central Plains urban agglomeration was significantly higher than that in other areas of Henan Province;the development level and coordination of Zhengzhou City were far ahead of other cities in the province;the development of Pingdingshan,Luohe and other places lagged behind the development of other aspects seriously,resulting in the coordination degree lagging behind the comprehensive development level ranking in the provincial ranking;the comprehensive development of Luohe,Nanyang,Puyang,Zhumadian,Xinyang and other places was at a low level,making the coordination degree relatively high in the province.
