摘要
针对3603工作面开采的3号煤层厚度大、瓦斯涌出量高、采面瓦斯容易超限等问题,本文采用理论分析方法分析确定了覆岩冒落带、裂隙带发育高度及最佳瓦斯抽采区域,提出采用低、中、高三种抽采钻孔对裂隙瓦斯进行抽采,并进行现场应用。结果表明,3603综放工作面开采后最佳瓦斯抽放区域为顶板上覆35~55 m,采用低、中、高抽采钻孔抽采裂隙瓦斯后,采面上隅角、回风巷瓦斯浓度降低至0.6%、0.5%以内,确保了厚煤层综放开采工作面生产安全。
In view of the problems such as large thickness of No.3 Coal Seam in 3603 working face,high gas emission and easy overrun of gas in mining face,the development height of overburden caving zone and fracture zone and the best gas drainage area were analyzed and determined by theoretical analysis method,and three kinds of drainage boreholes,namely low,medium and high,were proposed to extract fracture gas,and field application was carried out in this paper.The results show that the best gas drainage area after mining in 3603 fully mechanized caving face is 35~55 m overlying the roof.After low,medium and high drainage boreholes are used to extract the fractured gas,the corner of the mining face and the return air lane gas The concentration was reduced to within 0.6%and 0.5%,which ensured the production safety of fully mechanized caving mining face in thick coal seams and achieved remarkable application results.
