摘要
以某单悬挑坡屋面钢结构雨棚为例,分别针对梁端挠度不容易控制、单榀悬挑刚架面外稳定问题,悬挑梁根部结点的处理等难点,作出合理选用钢梁截面以及施工反拱、加强横向连接、根部加腋等应对措施。在采取相应措施后,对结构进行受力分析,分析结果满足相关要求。相关措施及结论可为同类结构受力分析提供参考。
Taking the steel structure canopy of a single cantilevered slope roof as an example,in view of the difficulty in controlling the deflection of the beam end,the out of plane stability of a single cantilever rigid frame,and the treatment of the root node of the cantilever beam,some countermeasures are proposed,such as reasonable selection of steel beam section,construction of inverted arch,strengthening of transverse connection and root haunching.After taking the corresponding measures,the stress analysis of the structure is carried out,and the analysis results meet the relevant requirements.The relevant measures and conclusions can provide a reference for the mechanical analysis of similar structures.
