摘要
以大连地铁5号线下穿哈大高速铁路高架桥为背景,区间采用隧道盾构穿越哈大高速铁路,并采取了注浆加固,由于哈大高速铁路列车最大时速可达350 km/h,两轨面差异沉降要求十分严格,沉降差值不允许超过5 mm,这些对地铁盾构下穿段的施工提出了较高要求。通过数值分析的方法模拟地铁盾构下穿高铁加固措施的效果,得出了通过对盾构下穿段进行特殊注浆加固后,可以显著减小盾构施工引起的沉降,有效保证既有高速铁路的运营安全。
A numerical simulation is carried out about study the settlement of groud caused by the construction of a shield tunnel.As the high speed railway is just above the differential settlement of the steel rails is prohibited below 5 mm,it requires the best quality of the subway construction.By analysis the result of FEM,grouting reinforcement can reduce the settlement between the railway and the tunnel,ensure the operation safety of existing high-speed railway.
