改造及管理呼吸道传染病防控病区的实践探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的:在当前新型冠状病毒肺炎形势较为严峻的情况下,将呼吸科普通病房进行快速分区改造及管理以减少呼吸科普通病房医护人员及患者感染风险。方法:将某院呼吸科普通病房快速改造成两大区域:A区为可疑新型冠状病毒肺炎病房,B区为普通肺部感染病房;安排本科室符合要求的医护人员分批进驻A区病房。结果:通过24 h的设计改造,将病区改造成为A、B两个区域,A区为符合分区收治标准的病房,病区医护人员以及患者零感染。结论:对呼吸科普通病房快速分区改造及管理可使可疑新型冠状病毒肺炎患者得到有效隔离,能够降低患者及医护人员交叉感染风险,实现院内零交叉感染。 Objective:Under the severe situation of the new coronavirus pneumonia,the general wards of the respiratory department should be rapidly transformed and managed to reduce the risk of infection of medical staff and patients in the general wards of the respi⁃ratory department.Methods:The general ward of the respiratory department of a certain hospital was quickly transformed into two ar⁃eas:the suspected new coronavirus pneumonia ward in area A,and the common lung infection ward in area B;and qualified medical staff were arranged to enter the wards in area A in batches.Results:Through 24 hours of design and transformation,the ward was trans⁃formed into two areas,A and B.Area A became a ward in compliance with the zoning admission standard,and there was no infection among medical staff and patients in the ward.Conclusion:The rapid zoning transformation and management of the general wards in the respiratory department can effectively isolate patients with suspected new coronavirus pneumonia,reduce the risk of cross infection among patients and medical staff,and achieve zero cross infection in hospital.
