摘要 目的:了解精细化管理在中央空调选型中的应用,为后勤管理精细化提供参考,提高医院整体服务水平。方法:运用现场调查法、损益平衡点分析法,了解近3年现有中央空调机组的运行情况与能耗情况,并将3种方案下中央空调的制冷量、成本投入及能耗进行比较。结果:损益平衡点的计算为医院规避风险提供了理论依据,不同方案中的后勤管理模式各有利弊。结论:医院后勤是整个医院管理的重要组成部分,医院的实际运行存在一定的未知性,后勤管理在向精细化发展的同时,还要综合考虑后勤部门自身和托管组织的管理能力。 Objective:To understand the application of refined management in the selection of central air conditioning,provide ref⁃erences for refined logistics management and improve the overall service level of the hospital.Methods:Use the on-site investigation method and the profit-loss balance point analysis method to understand the operation and energy consumption of the existing central air-conditioning units in the past 3 years,and compare the cooling capacity,cost input and energy consumption of the central air condi⁃tioning under the three schemes.Results:The calculation of the profit and loss balance point provides a theoretical basis for the hospi⁃tal to avoid risks.The logistics management modes in different schemes have their own advantages and disadvantages.Conclusion:Hospital logistics is an important part of the entire hospital management.There are certain unknowns in the actual operation of the hos⁃pital.While the logistics management is developing towards refinement,it must also comprehensively consider the management capabil⁃ities of the logistics department itself and the trusteeship organization.
