摘要
高校档案馆工作是高校管理重要的基础性工作。如何实现优质绩效管理,档案馆人力资源体系的构建是关键。胜任力视角下的高校档案馆人力资源体系构建应从改进机构设置,提升职业素质、专业技能方面,打造馆员核心技能,因人因岗个性化制定与岗位匹配的多元化和个性化培训方案,以求达到优化实现人力资源体系构建的目的,更好地践行高校管理育人、服务育人的办学理念。
The work of university archives is important basic work of university management.The construction of human resources system in archives is the key to high-quality performance management.The construction of human resources system of university archives from the perspective of competency involves cultivating librarians’core skills in terms of enhancing institutional settings,improving professional quality and promoting professional skills.Diversified and personalized training programs in accordance with individual positions should be set in order to achieve the purpose of optimizing the construction of human resources system,and better practice the school management philosophy of education and service.
