公共档案馆服务能力建设研究

Capacity Building of Public Archives Services

当前,党和国家机构改革的全面深化对公共档案馆提出了职能优化、协同高效、服务均等的目标要求,档案的公共服务职能和助推政府政务公开、加强民主监督、维护民权、传承优秀传统文化的功能将日益凸显。相应地,公共档案馆工作面临亟待解决的新课题,即如何推进公共服务能力建设的问题。文章分析目前我国公共档案馆建设中存在的问题,并提出推进公共档案馆服务能力建设的对策。

At present,the comprehensively deepening institutional reform of the Party and state demands that the function of the public archives be optimized,coordinated and efficient,and that services be equal.The public service function of archives and the function of promoting government affairs to be open,strengthening democratic supervision,maintaining civil rights,and inheriting excellent traditional culture will become increasingly prominent.Correspondingly,the public archives faces a new task that needs to be solved urgently,namely,how to promote the public service capacity building.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction of public archives in China and puts forward some countermeasures to promote the capacity building of public archives.
