摘要
为思南杂交肉牛的提质增效及增产增收提供技术支撑,选择12头12月龄左右的西×思×安杂交肉牛随机分4组,分别饲喂精粗比为3∶7(A组)、4∶6(B组)、5∶5(C组)、6∶4(D组)的日粮,经135 d育肥后进行屠宰性能测定,探明适合思南杂交肉牛的最适日粮精粗比。结果表明:总采食量、采食率、日采食量、眼肌面积、背膘厚指标均以精粗比为5∶5的日粮处理最高,均显著高于日粮精粗比为3∶7和4∶6的处理;精粗比为5∶5的平均增重、平均日增重及屠宰性能各指标均显著高于其他处理;精粗比为5∶5的料肉比显著低于精粗比为3∶7和4∶6的处理;其肉色评分、滴水损失率、蒸煮损失率及剪切力均最低;优质以上牛肉占比最高,达68.35%。日粮精粗比按5∶5组配最适于思南杂交肉牛的生长。
To provide technical support for quality and efficiency improvement plus production and income increment of Sinan hybrid beef cattle,1212-month-old Xi-Si-An hybrid beef cattle were randomly divided into four groups,which were fed with dietary concentrate-to-forage ratios of 3∶7(group A),4∶6(group B),5∶5(group C),6∶4(group D)respectively,slaughter performance was measured after 135 d fattening.Results:The total intake,intake rate,daily intake,eye muscle area and backfat of group C were significantly higher than those of group A and B.The average weight gain,average daily weight gain and slaughter performance were significantly higher than other groups,and the meat feed ratio was significantly lower than group A and group B.Meat color score,drip loss rate,cooking loss rate and shear force were significantly lower than the other three groups;The proportion of high quality beef reached the highest,up to 68.35%.The optimum ratio of dietary concentrate-to-forage ratio was 5∶5 for the growth of Sinan hybrid beef cattle.
