我国猕猴桃资源十分丰富,种植面积及产量均居世界第1位,已成为助推脱贫攻坚和产业兴旺的优势特色产业之一。了解猕猴桃产业发展趋势,为猕猴桃产业持续健康发展提供参考,从猕猴桃生产、消费、加工、进出口、市场价格及成本收益等方面总结猕猴桃产业发展现状,剖析产业盲目扩张、科技研发推广与生产脱节、基础配套设施不完善、低端产品同质化竞争等问题,针对性地提出加强规划引领、加强科技创新与推广、加强基础设施投入、加强猕猴桃品质监管、积极拓展国内外市场的对策建议。

The kiwifruit resource is very abundant in China.The planting area and yield both are ranked first in the world.The kiwifruit has become one of the advantageous characteristic industries to promote poverty alleviation and industrial prosperity.In order to understand development trend of kiwifruit industry and to provide a reference for sustainable and healthy development of kiwifruit industry,the development situation of kiwifruit industry is summarized from kiwifruit production,consumption,processing,import and export,market price and cost benefit,the problems including industry blindly expanding,science and technology R&D and promotion disjointed from production,imperfect infrastructure support facility and low-end product homogeneous competition are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed from five aspects of strengthening plan and guidance,enhancing science&technology innovation and promotion,increasing infrastructure investment,improving kiwifruit quality monitoring and actively expanding domestic and foreign market.
