有机硅预处理对水稻秸秆表面结构及其产甲烷潜力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为提高农作物秸秆的利用率,采用单因素试验研究1%有机硅(表面活性剂)浸泡处理对长度为1 mm、5 mm和20 mm水稻秸秆产甲烷潜力(BMP)和表面结构的影响。结果表明:经有机硅预处理后,1 mm、5 mm和20 mm水稻秸秆的BMP较同长度未经处理的分别提高53.00%、76.65%和10.73%,差异显著;处理后1 mm水稻秸秆的BMP较20 mm的提高13.67%,差异显著;水稻秸秆长度越小其水解速率越快;有机硅预处理后水稻秸秆的发酵迟滞期较未处理组延长;水稻秸秆表面蜡质晶体密度降低、乳突数量减少。 The effects of 1 mm,5 mm and 20 mm length of rice straw soaking in 1%organosilicon(surfactant)on biochemical methane potential(BMP)and surface structure of rice straw are studied by a single factor experiment to improve utilization efficiency of crop straw.Result:BMP from 1 mm,5 mm and 20 mm rice straw soaking in 1%organosilicon is 53.00%,76.65%and 10.73%higher than BMP from 1 mm,5 mm and 20 mm rice straw without any treatment significantly.BMP from 1 mm rice straw soaking in 1%organosilicon is 13.67%higher than BMP from 20 mm rice straw soaking in 1%organosilicon significantly.The shorter of rice straw is,the faster the hydrolysis rate is.The hysteresis period of rice straw fermentation after organosilicon pre-treatment is longer than the rice straw without any treatment.The waxy crystal density and papilla number in rice straw surface decrease after pre-treatment by organosilicon.
