新冠肺炎疫情自爆发至今,过长的防控周期对我国的养殖业、蔬菜果业、花卉业、水产养殖业等农业相关产业的发展产生了严重的负面影响。为推动农业经济向好发展,为我国实现脱贫攻坚和全面建成小康社会保驾护航提供参考,分析新冠肺炎疫情对我国农业的影响,并提出保障农业物资有效供给和金融支持,借助自媒体力量发展农产品新业态,强化进口农副产品及海产品防疫管控,建立政府、市场、企业三方结合的农业援助体系等方面的发展对策。

Since the outbreak of COVID-19,the long prevention and control cycle has a serious negative effect on development of breeding industry,vegetable and fruit industry,flower industry,aquaculture industry and other agricultural industry in China.In order to promote better development of agricultural economy and to provide a reference for giving the escort to achieve poverty alleviation and build a moderately prosperous society in all respects in China,the effects of COVID-19 on agriculture in China are analyzed,and the development countermeasures are proposed from four aspects of ensuring effective supply of agricultural materials and financial support,developing new forms of agricultural product with the help of self-media,enhancing epidemic prevention and control of imported subsidiary agricultural product and seafood,and establishing agricultural aid system combined with government,market and enterprise.
