摘要
基于海口市城市街区路侧空间的行人、非机动车、机动车使用特征,从人性化、精细化、标准化角度提出路侧空间设计方法。首先,从街区特征、设施特征、交通特征等方面分析问题成因,提出统筹红线内的路侧带与红线外的建筑前区,减少路侧空间使用功能重叠的基本设计思路。其次,对路侧空间进行了功能细分和界定,研究了人行道、绿化带、建筑前区的宽度计算方法、功能布置要求和设计要点。最后,采用现场调查数据测算人行道宽度,对人行道和路侧带宽度进行分区分类设计,将绿化带与附属设施协同设计,创新提出了功能性内侧绿化带,弹性考虑建筑前区内机动车停放需求,研究了停车区设计要点。
Based on the use characteristics of pedestrians,non-motorized vehicles and motorized vehicles in the roadside space of in Haikou City,a package of roadside space design method is proposed from the perspective of humanization,elaboration,and standardization.Firstly,basic design ideas of holistically utilizing the roadside zone in the red line and the building-front area so as to eliminate overlapping functions of different sections forming the roadside space are proposed,following the analyzing from aspects of characteristics of urban area,road facilities and traffic.Secondly,the roadside space is subdivided and defined.And methods of width calculation,functional layout requirements and design points of sidewalk,green belt and building-front area are studied.Finally,methods of zoning classification design of sidewalk and roadside width are studied on the basis of site survey.The concept of functional inner green belt is created from collaborative design of vegetation and complementary facilities.Flexible design of motor vehicle parking area is discussed.
