摘要
为缓解城市段高速公路的交通拥堵状况,研究了基于收费站栏杆机控制的入口匝道车流控制实用型算法。首先,阐述入口匝道控制原理及常用算法;其次,结合我国高速公路实际情况设计入口匝道分级控流算法:一级状态下,基于需求-容量差额控制理论,建立路段交通流模型、收费站栏杆机起降速度与车流的排队关系模型,通过控制栏杆机的起落速度实现对入口匝道车流的“预防式”调节;二级状态下,建立检测路段的上游各入口拥堵贡献权重模型,通过临时关闭收费站入口或压缩高接高匝道实现“治理式”控制;最后,以广州机场高速公路为例,通过构建交通流模型,针对不同拥堵情况进行匝道控流,验证本算法的有效性。
To ease congestion on the highway,a practical algorithm for on-ramp traffic flow controlling of expressway based on toll gates controlling is proposed on the basis of summarizing the principle and common algorithms of the on-ramp control in this paper.It contains two levels.At the first level,the traffic flow model and the queuing model between toll gates and traffic flow are established based on the demand-capacity control theory,and then,the"preventive"adjustment of the on-ramp traffic is realized by controlling the toll gates.At the second level,congestion contribution weight model is established,and the"governance"control is realized by temporarily closing the toll gates or compressing lanes of highway and highway junctions.Finally,the algorithm is verified by taking Guangzhou Airport Express as an example.
