Impact Analysis of COVID-19 Epidemic on Transportation Operation in Hebei

新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情爆发对经济及交通运输行业发展产生了较大影响。从新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情对交通运输生产、交通运输企业运营和河北省交通固定资产投资三个方面的影响来分析其对河北省交通运输经济运行的影响,着重对比分析了河北省自启动一级响应以来运输生产等行业发展与去年同期的变化。并从指导客运企业制定运输组织方案、给予中小型运输企业财税减免与运营补贴和推进交通基础设施重点项目恢复建设三个方面提出相关建议。

The outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic has a great impact on the development of economy and transportation industry.The influence of COVID-19 epidemic on transportation and economy in Hebei province are analyzed from three aspects:the transportation fixed assets investment,transportation production and transportation enterprises.The comparison between the development of transportation production and other industries in Hebei since last year's response to the first level response is made.Then,relevant suggestions from three aspects are proposed:guiding the passenger transport enterprises to formulate the transport organization plan,giving financial tax relief and operation subsidies to small and medium-sized transport enterprises,and promoting the recovery and construction of key transport infrastructure projects.
