Analysis of Global Public Health Governance under the Vision of the Community with Shared Future for Mankind

新冠肺炎疫情的严峻形势以及与政治、经济因素交织而形成的复杂局面,暴露了全球公共卫生治理的缺陷,凸显了加强全球公共卫生治理的必要性。从此次新冠肺炎疫情发生与发展过程来看,国家各自为政以及其与世界卫生组织之间存在的张力是导致治理失效的最主要原因。面对挑战,国际社会必须站在全人类共同利益的高度,同舟共济,携手同行,加强全球公共卫生治理能力,才能实现共建美好家园的愿望。人类命运共同体理念为构建新的全球公共卫生治理体系指明了方向。

The severity and complex of the COVID-19 epidemic interweaving with political and economic factors have exposed the shortcomings of global public health governance,which highlights the need to strengthen global public health governance. From the perspective of the outbreak and development of COVID-19,the main reason of governance failure is the state-centered condition and state’s tension with the World Health Organization(WHO). In the face of challenges,the international community must stand in the common interests of mankind,and work together to strengthen global public health governance capacity,so as to realize the aspiration of building a better home. The vision of the Community with a Shared Future for Mankind points the way for building a new global public health governance system.
