摘要
教改项目在推进高等学校教育教学改革、提高教育教学水平和人才培养质量方面发挥了积极作用,但受新建本科院校发展水平和师资影响,教改项目申报和建设过程中仍存在选题范围狭窄、项目质量不高、高质量教改成果不足等问题。基于教师发展的视角,新建本科院校教改项目培育应建立基于质量评价的教改项目培育支持体系,构建基于教师发展的教学改革支持体系,完善教学学术导向的教学改革激励体系。
The educational reform project has played an active role in promoting the educational and teaching reform in institutions of higher learning and continuously improving the educational and teaching level and the quality of personnel training.However,influenced by the development level and faculty of newly-built undergraduate colleges,problems such as narrow scope of topics,low quality of projects,independent teams and insufficient achievements of high-quality educational reform occur in the process of declaration and construction of educational reform projects.This paper analyzes the problems in the operation and management of educational reform projects in terms of the connotation and characteristics of educational reform projects and causes in terms of the overall design of schools and colleges,incubation and cultivation system,faculty’s teaching and research literacy and so on.Based on this,it puts forward the education reform project cultivation path from faculty’s development perspective:establishing the education reform project cultivation support system based on quality evaluation;constructing a teaching reform support system based on faculty development;building a teaching academy-oriented teaching reform incentive system.
