面向科技成果协同转化的主体认知冲突与消解 被引量:2

摘要 如何消解主体间认知冲突,是科技成果转化主体协同的难点,而该问题却并未在科技管理及信息资源服务领域得到应有关注,目前尚未发现针对性研究。针对“主体间认知冲突”这一科技成果转化主体协同的难点,从科技成果转化主体协同过程中的认知状态描述出发,研究发现:认知状态跃迁中认知冲突的产生根源包括情境信息的隐匿、信息沟通不畅、信息不对称、信息获取速度差异、关注点不同等。研究结果显示,高校研究者参与、知识沟通常态化、“协同与竞争”式关系互动、协同技术的日常使用、认知结构相近化等机制能有效消解科技成果转化主体协同过程中的认知冲突。 How to dissolve the cognitive conflicts among members is the key and difficult point for transforming scientific and technological achievements.However,research on cognitive conflicts has not been paid much attention,and no specific research has been found so far.Starting from describing the cognitive states in the process of member collaboration in transforming scientific and technological achievements,it analyzes the causes of cognitive conflicts in leaping across cognitive states,including information hiding,failure to communicate information,information asymmetry,different speed in information acquisition,and different focus of attention.In the end,it concludes some mechanisms to dissolve the cognitive conflicts,such as interactive participation of university researchers,routine knowledge communication,relationship interactive mechanism,daily use of collaborative technology,and the similarity of cognitive structure.
