企业社会资本与创新绩效研究综述

Research Overview on Social Capital and Innovation Performance of Enterprises

资源是影响企业创新成功与否的关键要素之一。企业若想取得竞争优势,在依赖自身拥有资源的同时,还需依赖于嵌入在各种关系网络中的社会资本。目前,在对企业创新绩效影响因素的研究中,学者们的关注点也逐渐从企业自身转移到外部关系上来。为此,文章梳理了企业社会资本与创新绩效的相关文献,指出现有研究的不足之处,并展望了未来的研究方向,以期丰富相关理论并为企业的创新活动提供参考。

Resources is one of the key factors that affect the success of enterprise innovation.In order to gain competitive advantage,enterprises should not only rely on their own resources,but also rely on social capital embedded in various relationship networks.At present,in the research on the factors influencing the innovation performance of enterprises,scholars have gradually shifted their focus from enterprises themselves to external relations.Therefore,this paper sorts out the relevant documents on corporate social capital and innovation performance,points out the shortcomings of the existing research and looks forward to the future research direction,in order to enrich the relevant theories and provide reference for the innovation activities of enterprises.
