法舒地尔联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗COPD合并PAH的临床效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨法舒地尔联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并肺动脉高压(PAH)的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的80例COPD-PAH患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(40例,法舒地尔治疗)与观察组(40例,法舒地尔+沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗),各40例。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的mPAP、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、TNF-α、IL-8、CRP及SGRQ评分均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论法舒地尔联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗COPD-PAH的效果显著,可降低患者的肺动脉压及炎症反应,改善肺功能及生活质量。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fasudil combined with salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated with pulmonary arterial hypertension(PAH).Methods Eighty patients with COPD and PAH admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group(40 cases,fasudil treatment)and observation group(40 cases,fasudil+salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation treatment),with 40 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of mPAP,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,TNF-α,IL-8,CRP and SGRQ score in the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fasudil combined with salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation has a significant effect in the treatment of COPD and PAH,which can reduce the pulmonary artery pressure and inflammatory response,and improve the pulmonary function and quality of life of patients.
