微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗四肢骨折的临床效果

Clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of limb fractures

目的分析微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗四肢骨折的临床效果。方法选取2017年7月至2019年7月我院收治的40例四肢骨折患者为研究对象,根据手术方式将其分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组进行传统切开复位内固定术,观察组接受微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定术。比较两组的疗效。结果术后,两组患者IL-6、IL-8、hs-CRP及TNF-α水平均显著下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、骨折愈合时间以及VAS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的SF-36各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗四肢骨折对促进患肢功能恢复有一定的优势,能有效缩短手术时间,减少手术出血量,降低术后血清炎性因子水平、术后疼痛以及术后并发症,促进骨折愈合,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of limb fractures.Methods A total of 40 patients with limb fractures admitted in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the operation mode,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received traditional open reduction and internal fixation,and the observation group received minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results After surgery,the levels of IL-6,IL-8,hs-CRP and TNF-αin both groups significantly decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The operative time,intraoperative blood loss volume,hospital stay,fracture healing time and VAS score of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of limb fractures has certain advantages in promoting the recovery of affected limb function.It can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of surgical bleeding,postoperative serum inflammatory factors levels,postoperative pain and postoperative complications,promote fracture healing,and improve the quality of life of patients.
