中西医结合治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的效果及对患者中医证候评分、生存质量的影响

Effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage and its influence on TCM syndrome score and quality of life of patients

目的探讨中西医结合治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的效果及对患者中医证候评分、生存质量的影响。方法选取我院收治的稳定期COPD患者120例,采用等距抽样法将其分对照组(60例,西医基础治疗)和观察组(60例,祛瘀补肺中药+西医基础治疗)。比较两组患者治疗前、后的肺血管炎症反应指标、中医证候评分、SGRQ评分及6 min步行距离。结果治疗后,两组的hs-CRP、IL-8及ET-1水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医证候、SGRQ各项评分及总分均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组6 min步行距离均增长,且观察组长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗稳定期COPD的效果显著,可降低患者的肺血管炎症反应及中医证候评分,提升生存质量。

Objectives To investigate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)at stable stage and its influence on TCM syndrome score and quality of life of patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with COPD at stable stage treated in our hospital were selected and divided into control group(60 cases,western medicine basic treatment)and observation group(60 cases,Chinese medicine of removing stasis and tonifying lung+western medicine basic treatment)by isometric sampling method.Pulmonary vascular inflammatory reaction indexes,TCM syndrome score,SGRQ score and 6-minute walking distance before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-8 and ET-1 in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,various TCM syndrome scores,SGRQ scores and total scores of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 6-minute walking distance of the two groups increased,and that in the observation group was longer than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of COPD at stable stage has a significant effect,it can reduce the pulmonary vascular inflammatory reaction and TCM syndrome score,and improve the quality of life of patients.
