延伸护理“1+N”模式对2型糖尿病患者疾病态度及血糖控制的影响

Influence of extended nursing"1+N"mode on disease attitude and blood glucose control of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨延伸护理"1+N"模式对2型糖尿病患者疾病态度及血糖控制的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将2018年1月至2019年12月收治的94例2型糖尿病患者分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组采用电话随访干预,观察组采用延伸护理"1+N"模式进行干预。比较两组干预前及干预3个月后疾病态度评分、血糖水平及护理满意度。结果干预3个月后,两组的DAS-3评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预3个月后,两组FPG、2 h PBG及HbA1c水平均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予2型糖尿病患者延伸护理"1+N"模式,有助于促进患者疾病态度的改善,增强血糖控制效果,提升患者的护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the influence of extended nursing"1+N"mode on disease attitude and blood glucose control of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Ninety-four patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted from January 2018 to December 2019 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received telephone follow-up intervention,and the observation group received extended nursing"1+N"mode intervention.The disease attitude scores,blood glucose levels before intervention and after 3 months of intervention and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,the DAS-3 score of the two groups was higher than that before intervention,and that of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the levels of FPG,2 h PBG and HbA1 c of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The extended nursing"1+N"mode for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is helpful to promote the improvement of patients’attitude towards disease,enhance the effect of blood glucose control,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
