摘要
目的探讨基于行为分阶段转变理论(TTM)的健康教育对高血压患者自我管理能力及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院收治的40例高血压患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组(20例,基于TTM的健康教育)与对照组(20例,传统健康教育),比较两组健康教育效果。结果干预后,两组自我管理能力各项评分及总分均提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的24 h平均收缩压、24 h平均舒张压、24 h收缩压变异系数、24 h舒张压变异系数均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组生活质量各项评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于TTM的健康教育有利于提高高血压患者自我管理能力,控制血压变异性,从而改善其生活质量。
Objective To explore the effects of health education based on transtheoretical model and stages of change(TTM)on self management skill and quality of life of patients with hypertension.Methods Forty patients with hypertension admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group(20 cases,health education based on TTM)and control group(20 cases,traditional health education).The effects of health education in the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension and total scores of self management skill in both groups improved,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,24 h mean systolic pressure,24 h mean diastolic pressure,coefficients of variation of 24 h systolic pressure and 24 h diastolic pressure in both groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life scores in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education based on TTM is conducive to improving the self management skill of hypertension patients,controlling blood pressure variability,and ameliorating the quality of life.
