早期康复护理对膝关节置换术患者预后的影响

Effect of early rehabilitation nursing on prognosis of patients with knee arthroplasty

目的探讨早期康复护理对膝关节置换术患者预后的影响。方法随机将我院2017年6月至2019年6月行膝关节置换术的120例患者分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予早期康复护理干预。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后3 d、1周,观察组的VAS评分均低于对照组和护理前(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的SAS及SDS评分均低于对照组和护理前(P<0.05)。观察组术后1周、2周、1个月的HSS评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组关节肿胀及深静脉血栓发生率均低于对照组,膝关节恢复优良率及护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予膝关节置换术患者早期康复护理,能有效减轻疼痛,缓解患者的不良情绪,降低关节肿胀及深静脉血栓发生率,改善患者膝关节功能,提高治疗效果及护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on prognosis of patients with knee arthroplasty.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with knee arthroplasty treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 3 days and 1 week after nursing,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group and before nursing(P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group and before nursing(P<0.05).The HSS scores of the observation group at 1 week,2 weeks and 1 month after operation were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of joint swelling and deep vein thrombosis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the excellent and good rate of knee joint recovery and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing for patients with knee arthroplasty can effectively reduce the pain,relieve the adverse emotions of patients,decrease the incidences of joint swelling and deep vein thrombosis,improve the function of knee joint,and enhance the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction.
