团队合作舒适护理干预对高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤患者的影响

Effect of team cooperation and comfortable nursing intervention on patients with hysteromyoma treated by high intensity focused ultrasound

目的探究团队合作舒适护理干预对高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤患者的影响。方法选择2018年10月至2019年10月本院收治的80例子宫肌瘤患者,将其按照简单随机法分成对照组和观察组,各40例。所有患者均采取高强度聚焦超声治疗,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用团队合作舒适护理干预。比较两组患者的手术相关指标、并发症发生情况、护理满意度、生存质量评分。结果观察组患者的操作时间、排气时间、进食时间均短于对照组,睡眠时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的疼痛、尿潴留、泌尿系统感染、术后出血的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度评分及生理领域、心理领域、社会领域、环境领域评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论团队合作舒适护理干预在高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤患者中的应用效果显著,能够降低患者术后并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量,并促进患者尽快康复,改善患者病情,值得推荐。

Objective To explore the effect of team cooperation and comfortable nursing intervention on patients with hysteromyoma treated by high intensity focused ultrasound.Methods Eighty cases of hysteromyoma patients admitted in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the simple random method,with 40 cases in each group.All patients were treated with high-intensity focused ultrasound.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given team cooperation and comfortable nursing intervention on the basis of the contrl grooup.The operative related indexes,complications,nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,exhaust time and eating time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the sleep time was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of pain,urinary retention,urinary system infection and postoperative bleeding in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score and the scores in physiological,psychological,social and environmental fields in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The team cooperation and comfortable nursing intervention in patients with hysteromyoma treated by high intensity focused ultrasound has a significant application effect,it can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the quality of life,promote the recovery as soon as possible,and ameliorate state of an illness of patients,which is worth recommending.
