摘要
目的探讨3D打印技术结合PBL教学在肝硬化教学中的应用效果。方法将我院2015级临床专业实习学生58名随机分为对照组和试验组,各29名。对照组采取传统教学方式,试验组采取3D打印技术结合PBL教学法进行肝硬化临床教学。比较两组学生的理论考核成绩及对教学满意度的评分。结果试验组学生理论考核成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组学生对教学准备、教学资源、教学过程、教学效果的满意度评分及总体满意度评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3D打印技术结合PBL教学方法应用于肝硬化教学中,可提高学生的学习成绩和对教学的满意度,具有较好的应用前景和推广价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of 3 D printing technology combined with PBL in clinical teaching of liver cirrhosis.Methods Fifty-eight clinical interns of grade 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 29 interns in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,the experimental group adopted 3 D printing technology combined with PBL teaching method to carry out clinical teaching of liver cirrhosis.The theoretical examination scores and teaching satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared.Results The score of theoretical examination of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores on teaching preparation,teaching resources,teaching process and teaching effect and overall satisfaction score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 3 D printing technology combined with PBL teaching method in liver cirrhosis teaching can improve students’academic performance and satisfaction of teaching,and has a better application prospect and promotion value.
