中医药治疗重症肌无力用药规律研究

Study on the medication rule of myasthenia gravis treated with traditional Chinese medicine

重症肌无力是一种自身免疫障碍性疾病,发病机制尚不明确,多累及其他疾病,其病情顽固,严重影响患者的生活质量。本文通过手动检索16位名老中医治疗重症肌无力的相关文献,涉及药物165味,总结其对病因病机的不同认识,归纳不同医家的辨证诊疗思维、分析临床用药规律,以期为中医规范化治疗重症肌无力用药提供依据。

Myasthenia gravis is an autoimmune disorder.The pathogenesis is not clear,and it affects other diseases.Its condition is stubborn,seriously affects the quality of life of patients.In this paper,through manual retrieval of 16 famous TCM doctors related literature on myasthenia gravis,involving 165 drugs.To summarize the different understanding of etiology and pathogenesis,and the thinking of different doctors in the diagnosis and treatment of myasthenia gravis,and to analyze the clinical medication rules,in order to provide the basis for the standardized treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of myasthenia gravis.
