New Theory on the Treatment of Miscellaneous Diseases by National Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine LIU Zuyi:“Adjusting Vital Qi,Dominating Qi and Yang”

总结国医大师刘祖贻杂病辨治经验,认为元真畅达是机体健康的基本保证,而气、阳在其中发挥关键作用,提出"调畅元真,气阳主用"的观点,在临证中形成杂病调中、助化为先,髓病温肾、阴阳既济,郁病补肝、法宜温通,虚实相因、通补相须等辨治特点。

The academic experience in the treatment of miscellaneous diseases by LIU Zuyi,a master of traditional Chinese medicine was summarized.It is believed that unobstructed vital qi is the basis of the healthy body,and qi and yang play a key role in it.The viewpoint of"adjusting vital qi,dominating qi and yang"is proposed.Clinically,it is characterized by the following points:regulating middle for miscellaneous diseases,prioritizing dissipation;warming the kidney for marrow disease,having the equal status of yin and yang;treating depression disease by tonifying the liver,warming collateral and removing obstruction in collaterals,mutal causes and reasons of deficiency and excess,the interworking of removing obstruction and supplementation.
