浙江省体验式休闲渔业的经济效益比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Economic Efficiency of Experiential Recreational Fishery in Zhejiang Province

根据2017-2018年调查数据,综合分析了浙江海洋休闲渔业企业的经营效益、休闲渔业体验方式与传统捕捞方式之间资源利用效率。结果表明:休闲渔业企业的效益较好,调研的14家休闲渔业企业,2017年休闲渔船年产值近1亿元,休闲渔船平均年利润率52.4%,平均单船年产值49.2万元。但休闲渔业企业经营效益的地区差异和休闲体验方式的效益差异明显。与传统海洋捕捞方式比较,体验式拖网休闲渔船取得的经济效益是传统拖网船的18倍以上,且休闲渔业生产方式的资源利用效率和单位能耗效率更优,两者的最大单位资源效率比和单位能耗效率比分别为25:1和3:1,体现了休闲渔业较好的服务价值和生态价值。

We compared the economics efficiency among recreational fishery operators and the resource use between the experience-based recreational fishery and the traditional commercial fishery with survey data of 2017-2018.The comprehensive analysis suggested that the recreational fishery operators have high efficiency in average,with significant spatial variances and differentiations between fishing techniques.The annual output value of the 14 recreational fishery operators we surveyed added up to nearly 100 million Yuan,with an average output value of 492 thousand Yuan and an average profit rate of 52.4%per vessel in 2017.Contrasting with the traditional commercial trawlers,a trawler in the recreational fishery has higher economic efficiency,resource utilization efficiency and energy use efficiency.The economic efficiency in the recreational fishery was 18 times higher than that in the commercial fishery,and the maximum resource utilization and energy use efficiency per unit output ratios between these two fisheries were 25:1 and 3:1 respectively.which reflects the better service value and ecological value of leisure fishery.
