摘要
以夏黑葡萄一年生枝条为试材,研究在中度干旱胁迫下苎麻骨基质对葡萄枝条萌芽生根的影响。结果表明:两次中度干旱胁迫即扦插60、85d后,30%苎麻骨基质+土壤+ABT 1000mg/L处理萌芽成活率最高,分别可达85.42%、79.17%,且添加苎麻骨基质处理组的萌芽成活率极显著(p<0.01)高于常规土壤扦插处理组。扦插100d后,对生根率、生根数量、平均根长以及平均单枝鲜绿枝条鲜重、干重,平均单枝叶片数等性状进行测量和统计,发现添加苎麻骨基质处理极显著(p<0.01)高于常规土壤扦插处理,说明添加一定量的苎麻骨到扦插基质中,对夏黑葡萄扦插苗根系生长具有明显的促进作用。添加苎麻骨基质,增加了葡萄扦插苗的抗干旱胁迫能力,同时提升了土壤的保水性,为苎麻骨作为育苗基质、营养土的拓展应用提供了理论参考。
Grape cuttings of Summer Black cultivar were cultured to study the effect of ramie core medium under middle drought stress.The results indicated that the application of ramie core medium significantly increased the percentage of germination and survival of grape cuttings under middle drought stress for two times after cutting 60,85 days(p<0.01).The hightest germination and survival rate of grape cuttings by adding 30% ratio of ramie core medium into the soil were 85.42%,79.17% respectively at 60,85 days.The preliminary result of adding ramie core medium showed that rooting rate,number,length and fresh weight of root,fresh and dry weight,number of leaves of average single fresh green branch were highly increased after 100 days(p<0.01).The result indicated that the addition of a certain amount of ramie core medium could promote the root growth of grape cuttings of Summer Black cultivar and also improve the drought resistance of grape and water retention of soil.The ramie core could be used as seedling substrate and nutritive soil.
