对中医药防治新型冠状病毒肺炎清肺排毒汤制方及运用的思考

Thoughts on the Prescription Formulating and Application of Qingfei Paidu Decoction (清肺排毒汤) in Traditional Chinese Medicine for the Preventing and Treating Coronavirus Disease 2019

基于防治新型冠状病毒肺炎的清肺排毒汤制方理论,提出了如何评价临床有效方剂的组方合理性、中医验方制方原理的阐述规则、古方合方运用中蕴含的理论或技术等问题,同时从方剂学专业角度就清肺排毒汤的制方思路、配伍原理、临床运用及方剂命名等方面进行思考,希望能促进该专题的学术研讨。

Based on the theory of prescription formulating of Qingfei Paidu Decoction(清肺排毒汤) for the prevention and treatment of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19), problems such as how to evaluate the rationality of the formulation of clinically effective prescriptions, the elaboration rules of the principle of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) proved recipe and prescription formulation, and techniques in the application of ancient prescriptions are put forward. Meanwhile, from the perspective of prescription, the author thinks in terms of the preparation method, compatibility principle, clinical application and naming of prescriptions of Qingfei Paidu Decoction(清肺排毒汤), hoping to promote the academic discussion on this field.
