基于文献探讨中药干预新型冠状病毒肺炎的作用机制 被引量:40

Study on the Action Mechanisms of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the Intervention of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19): Based on the Literature

摘要 国家卫生健康委员会和国家中医药管理局推荐中西医结合治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎。目前临床防治新型冠状病毒肺炎的中药及复方复杂多样,且对中药干预的疗效机制不甚清楚。通过分析应用于新型冠状病毒肺炎各期治疗的方药的文献,发现其可能机制是通过降低机体炎症因子表达、抑制细胞因子风暴、减少氧化应激-自由基堆积和细胞凋亡、改善机体免疫功能,从而发挥防治新型冠状病毒肺炎的作用。通过阐述中药干预新型冠状病毒肺炎的潜在机制,以期为后续临床治疗和药物研发提供参考。 National Health Commission and National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine recommend integrated Chinese and western medicine for the treatment of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19). At present, the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and its compounds for the clinical prevention and treatment of COVID-19 are complex and diverse, and the therapeutic mechanisms of TCM intervention are not clear. Through the analysis of the formulations applied in the treatment of COVID-19 in different stages, it is found that the possible mechanisms are to reduce the expression of inflammatory factors, inhibit cytokine storms, reduce the accumulation of oxidative stress free radicals and cell apoptosis, and improve the immune functions of the body, so that TCM play a role in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19. The potential mechanisms of TCM intervention in COVID-19 are discussed in order to provide references for subsequent clinical treatment and drug development.
