师范生对教师教学的诉求分析——基于“国考”对师范生的影响

摘要 师范生是社会主义建设的贮备力量。“国考”对师范生的影响主要为改变师范生教师职业准入资格方式和师范生教育教学体系,并对师范生的认知、态度、思想意识、情绪等方面产生影响。课堂场域中,师范生对教师教学的诉求具有合理性与应试性,主要表现为内容上期待尽可能按“国考考纲”授课;方式上期待模拟“国考”考查;角色转换上期待教师成为“国考”的宣传者与帮助者。 Normal school students are the reserve force for socialist construction.The main impact of the“national examination”on them is:changing the teachers professional admission qualifications and educational teaching' system for normal school students,and affecting the normal school students' cognition,attitude,ideology and emotions.In the classroom field,the students' demands for teachers' teaching are reasonable and exam-oriented,which mainly manifests as follows:the content is expected to be taught in accordance with the“national examination syllabus”as much as possible;in terms of methods,they look forward to simulating the“national examination”;teachers are expected to become promoters and helpers of the“national examination”in the transition of teacher roles.
