摘要
合理有效的课堂导入可以促进教学活动的开展。以石河子市高中化学教师为研究对象,了解新手型教师与专家型教师在导入技能方面运用的情况,并选取“盐类的水解”作为新手型—专家型教师课堂导入技能的比较研究,在此基础上提出提升新手型教师导入技能的策略。
Reasonable and effective introduction can promote the development of teaching activities.Taking high school chemistry teachers in Shihezi as the research object,the paper studies the application of novice teachers and expert teachers in the introduction of skills,and selects“hydrolysis of salts”as a comparative study of novice-expert teacher classroom introduction skills.Based on this,strategies for improving the introduction skills of novice teachers are put forward.
