摘要
以水性环氧树脂为研究对象,论述了乳液、涂层的合成方法并对其性能进行了测试。以丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸和苯乙烯为原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂合成水性环氧树脂乳化剂,与去离子水、环氧树脂混合得到水性环氧树脂乳液,并制备了防腐涂料,测试了乳液的粒径分布,同时对涂层进行了表征以及耐盐雾实验。结果表明:水性环氧树脂乳液的粒径为0.25~0.39μm;经盐雾腐蚀处理后,涂层表面并没有出现孔洞;腐蚀电流的数量级为-8.5,涂层具有非常好的防腐性能。
The synthesis method of emulsion and coating of waterborne epoxy resin were discussed and whose properties were characterized.Waterborne epoxy resin emusifier was synthesized with butyl acrylate,methacrylate and styrene as raw materials and ammonium persulfate as initiator,which was mixed with deionized water and epoxy resin to prepare water borne epoxy resin emulsion and anticorrosive coating.The particle size distribution of the emulsion were tested.The coating was characterized and tested by salt spray.The results show that the particle size distribution of the waterborne epoxy resin emulsion ranges from 0.25 to 0.39μm.There is no hole in the coating surface after the salt spray corrosion treatment.The order of corrosion current is-8.5,representing excellent corrosion resistance.
