不同接种方法对暗褐网柄牛肝菌出菇及植物生长的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Different Inoculation Methods on Fruiting of Phlebopus portentosus and Host Plant Growth

摘要 分别采用接种粉蚧(F)、暗褐网柄牛肝菌(Phlebopus portentosus)菌种(J)、粉蚧和暗褐网柄牛肝菌菌种(F+J)3种方法对菠萝蜜树、柚子树和凤凰木树3种植物的盆栽苗实施接种实验,以不接种作为对照处理(CK),探讨不同接种方法对暗褐网柄牛肝菌出菇及植物生长的影响。结果表明:不同接种方法对虫瘿形成及出菇数量均有影响;F+J处理效果最好,在3种植物根部均形成菌腔虫瘿、感染率最高,暗褐网柄牛肝菌的出菇数量(接种90~150 d)最多。不同植物形成的菌腔虫瘿及出菇数量存在差异;与菠萝蜜树和柚子树相比,凤凰木树根形成的菌腔虫瘿数量最多(48个)、感染率最高(90%)、出菇数量最多(31个)。对植物生长而言,粉蚧虫的介入,会抑制植物的生长;与J处理相比,F+J处理对凤凰木树、柚子树、菠萝蜜树3种植物的分枝数量有明显的抑制作用。 Using none inoculation treatment as the control(CK),three types of inoculation treatments,inoculation with mealybugs(F),inoculation with Phlebopus portentosus(J)and inoculation with both P.portentosus and mealybug(F+J)were used to inoculate roots of three species of host trees cultivated in pots.The three host tree species were jackfruit tree,grapefruit tree and flame tree.Fruiting of P.portentosus and characteristics of trees on which P.portentosus hosted were analyzed.The results showed that inoculation method had an effect on fungus-insect gall formation and fruiting body yield.Compared with the other two inoculation methods,the F+J treatment showed better P.portentosus growth:all the three kinds of tree species formed fungus-insect galls at their roots,and the infection rate of hyphae and the number of fruiting body(90~150 d)were the highest.There were differences in fungus-insect gall number and fruiting body yield among different tree species.Among the 3 tree species,flame tree produced the greatest number of fungus-insect galls(48),the highest infection rate(90%),and the greatest number of fruiting body(31).Intervention of mealybug inhibited host plant growth.Compared with the J treatment,the F+J treatment inhibited the branching of all 3 tree species.
