输尿管镜钬激光碎石术(URSL)治疗不同部位输尿管结石的临床疗效及安全性研究

Clinical efficacy and safety of URSL in the treatment of ureteral calculi in different position

目的:对比分析输尿管镜钬激光碎石术(URSL)治疗不同部位输尿管结石的疗效及安全性。方法:分析2019年1月~2020年1月应用URSL治疗的输尿管结石患者108例,根据结石的位置分为上段组和中下段组;对两组患者的手术时间、一期清石率、住院时间及术后并发症等指标进行对比分析。结果:患者总一期清石率达93.6%,两组患者在手术时间、住院时间、一期清石率、术后发热及血尿等方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:URSL治疗输尿管上段结石与中下段结石一样疗效确切、安全可靠。

Objective The aim of this study was to compare and analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy(URSL)in the treatment of different position of ureteral calculi.Method Analyzed 108 cases of ureteral calculi who were treated by URSL from January 2019 to January 2020 in our hospital.According to the location of the calculi,the patients were divided into upper group and middle lower group.The operation time,first stage stone removal rate,hospitalization time and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total stone removal rate of the two groups was 93.6%.There was no significant difference in operation time,hospitalization time,stone removal rate,postoperative fever and hematuria between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion URSL is safe and effective in the treatment of upper and middle lower ureteral calculi.
