全髋关节置换术患者快速康复临床护理路径的构建

Construction of clinical nursing pathway for patients with total hip arthroplasty

目的:基于快速康复理念构建髋关节置换术患者的临床护理路径。方法:2019年10月~2019年12月,选取15名骨科快速康复外科的专家为咨询对象,在查阅文献、证据检索及评价分析的基础上,构建全髋关节置换术患者的临床护理路径指标,形成专家咨询问卷,应用德尔菲法对专家进行两轮咨询。结果:两轮咨询问卷的回收率均为100%,权威系数为0.86;变异系数为0.07~0.19,协调系数为0.33~0.64,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两轮咨询结果可靠,为全髋关节置换术患者的护理临床路径应用提供提供参考依据。

Objective To construct a clinical nursing pathway for patients with hip arthroplasty based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery.Method From October 2019 to December 2019,15 Orthopaedic enhanced recovery after surgery experts were selected as the consulting objects.Based on literature review,evidence retrieval and evaluation analysis,the indicators of clinical nursing pathway for patients with total hip arthroplasty were constructed,and the expert consultation questionnaire was formed.Delphi method was used to carry out two rounds of consultation for experts.Results The response rate of the two rounds of consultation was 100%,and the authority coefficient was 0.86;The coefficient of variation was 0.07~0.19,and the coefficient of coordination was 0.33~0.64.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The results of the two rounds of consultation are reliable,which provides a reference for the application of clinical nursing pathway in patients with total hip arthroplasty.
