摘要
目的:了解护士情绪劳动和工作压力源对护士工作满意度的影响。方法:采用护士情绪劳动量表、工作压力反应量表及工作满意度量表对吉林省某三级甲等综合医院287名护士进行问卷调查和分析。结果:护士情绪劳动总均分为(4.73±0.77)分,护士工作压力源总均分为(2.13±0.60)分,工作满意度总均分为(3.52±0.69)分。情绪劳动的表层扮演和工作压力源中护理专业与工作方面、管理及人际关系方面、工作量与时间分配方面的问题对护士工作满意度有负面影响,护士的情绪表达要求对工作满意度有正向预测作用。结论:护士情绪劳动和工作压力源均对其工作满意度有所影响,需引起护理管理者关注。
Objective To investigate the effects of emotional labor and stressors on nurses'job satisfaction.Method 287 nurses in a Grade 3A hospital in Jilin Province were investigated and analyzed by means of nurse emotional labor scale,work pressure response scale and work satisfaction scale.Results The total score of nurses'emotional labor was(4.73±0.77),the total score of nurses'work stressors was(2.13±0.60),and the total score of job satisfaction was(3.52±0.69).The surface of emotional labor and stressors in nursing and work,management and interpersonal,Problems in workload and time allocation had a negative effect on nurses'job satisfaction,and nurses'emotional expression requirements had a positive predictive effect on job satisfaction.Conclusion Both emotional labor and stressors of nurses have influence on their job satisfaction,which should be paid attention to by nursing managers.
